The Saint Mary Parish School Board is comprised of 9 members of the parish and school community appointed by the pastor.

The School Board has three primary objectives:

        - to provide advice and support in ensuring the financial well-being of the school

        - to form a long-term strategic plan for the continued improvement and enhancement of the school.

        - to work with the school administration and Pastor to ensure that school policy is consistent with the Mission of Saint Mary School.

The School Board is an advisory body. The Principal is responsible for the operations of the school and reports to the Pastor. The School Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month (except December) in the Church Hall at 7:30 p.m. Guests are always welcome.
