SMS Carnival
Friday, September 24 - Sunday, September 26.
One of Saint Mary's biggest events! Rides for all ages, good food, fun games, a pie baking contest, and a sponsor contest. A great time for the entire family! Look for information on advance ticket sales to come soon. Wrist bands ($20) will be available for Friday from 6-10:30, Saturday 1-5 and Sunday 1-5.
If you are interested in volunteering, there will be sign up sheets in the back of the gym at the first HSA meeting of the school year on Monday, September 13. The carnival committe needs lots of help from Monday, September 2 through Sunday, September 26.
Car Raffle
Tickets are only $5 and the prizes include a 2010 Nissan Altima, an Apple 16 GB iPad and a $1000 gift card for ShopRite. The drawing will be held Sept. 26 during the school's carnival.
The Car Raffle Committee is seeking volunteers to sell tickets for the car raffle at masses and at local events and stores.
- You will earn 50% of what you sell to apply toward your fundraising obligation! For example, if you sell $100 worth of tickets, $50 will be applied toward your fundraising obligation for the 2010-2011 school year.
- You will also earn 8 points an hour towards your volunteer assessment for the time you work. In the case of church sales, even though the time commitment is short -- 15-20 minutes, you will earn 8 points for the full hour.
If you are interested in volunteering to sell tickets, please contact Wendy Pinto at wpinto@mac.com

Saint Mary/TD Bank Affinity Program
All these fundraisers serve multiple purposes:
• To raise money for the school to offset some of the tuition costs.
• To provide opportunities for parents to be involved in school activities (thus
earning ‘fundraising points’).
• To create fun and memorable activities for our students.
• To provide a means for people outside the school (family members,
grandparents, friends, parishioners) to help support the school.
